Required
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related engineering field
- 8+ years in high-volume wafer fabrication, process engineering, defect engineering, or yield enhancement
- Working knowledge of semiconductor fabrication process modules (photo, etch, deposition, CMP, test)
- Expertise with Klarity defect analysis software and Statistical Process Control
- Advanced proficiency in JMP for statistical analysis
- Track record leading cross-functional teams on complex manufacturing problems
- Ability to communicate technical data clearly to diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of when to seek cross-functional help
Nice to have
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field
- 12+ years in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with physical analysis lab tools (SEM, TEM, AFM, FIB) for root-cause identification
- Proficiency in Python or SQL for querying defect databases and trend analysis
- Experience with Python data structures (Pandas/NumPy), spatial math, and geometric logic
- Experience parsing raw file formats like .klarf files
- Automated Spotfire data links and interactive dashboard development
- Experience with automatic defect detection/classification software or AI models for wafer map pattern recognition
