Required
- Valid Minnesota 1st Class B or higher boiler operator's license
- Ability to understand and operate fully automated control systems
- Physical capability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally and rig equipment up to 300 lbs
- Ability to work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms
- Capacity to work in hot and noisy conditions
- Ability to read and interpret data from gauges, meters, and digital systems

Nice to have
- 5 years of high-pressure boiler experience

- Experience with water and wastewater treatment and monitoring
