  • Valid Minnesota 1st Class B or higher boiler operator's license
  • Ability to understand and operate fully automated control systems
  • Physical capability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally and rig equipment up to 300 lbs
  • Ability to work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms
  • Capacity to work in hot and noisy conditions
  • Ability to read and interpret data from gauges, meters, and digital systems
  • Ability to act quickly and calmly in emergency situations
  • Work independently and recognize when to seek assistance
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States

Nice to have

  • 5 years of high-pressure boiler experience
  • Experience running and maintaining chillers
  • 2 years of manufacturing or production environment experience
  • Experience operating chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC equipment
  • Familiarity with air compressors and compressed air systems
  • Experience with water and wastewater treatment and monitoring
