Required
- Experience supporting production platforms or services in SRE, platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or operations engineering
- Experience using observability data such as metrics, logs, traces, alerts, or dashboards to investigate issues
- Understanding of incident response, problem management, or operational support processes
- Experience with automation or infrastructure-as-code practices
- Solid understanding of cloud, container, Linux, networking, or distributed systems
