  • Lead analytics engineering functions including instrumentation, data collection, and modern data platform initiatives
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional programs and teams in complex stakeholder environments
  • Translate business objectives into scalable data products and technical requirements
  • Advanced SQL expertise with experience designing scalable data models and transformation pipelines
  • Experience with modern cloud data platforms including Databricks, Apache Spark, AWS, Delta Lake, Airflow, and cloud-based data warehousing
  • Experience with enterprise analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Segment
  • Establish analytics engineering standards, governance, and documentation practices
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven people leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Lead organizations through data modernization and transformation initiatives

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting sports, media, streaming, or direct-to-consumer digital products
  • Experience with live event, video, subscription, or consumer-facing digital data products
  • Experience supporting data governance, data quality, or platform migration initiatives
  • Experience with experimentation, optimization, personalization, customer journey analytics, or audience data activation
