  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline
  • 10+ years in AI, data science, advanced analytics, or related technology roles with increasing responsibility
  • Proven experience delivering AI or analytics solutions end-to-end from concept through production with measurable business impact
  • Strong knowledge of modern AI techniques and platforms including machine learning, data modeling, and emerging AI/GenAI capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and lead technical work while ensuring governance, security, and responsible AI practices
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice to have

  • Experience piloting or implementing emerging AI technologies like GenAI, LLMs, and automation tools and translating them into scalable production-ready solutions
  • Exposure to regulated or quality-driven environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or financial services with understanding of compliance and audit requirements
  • Experience contributing to or implementing AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI frameworks in an enterprise setting
