Required
- Ph.D. in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacometrics, mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related discipline with 10+ years pharmaceutical drug development experience including substantial pharmacometrics roles, OR Master's/PharmD with 15+ years pharmaceutical drug development with demonstrated increasing responsibility and leadership
- Extensive experience applying model-informed drug development in oncology
- Proficiency in advanced pharmacometrics methods including Bayesian hierarchical models, joint tumor and survival models, dropout models, model-based meta-analysis, and clinical trial simulation
- Hands-on experience with NONMEM, Pumas, Stan, R, or other Bayesian platforms
- Understanding of oncology biology, translational pathways, and clinical endpoints such as ORR, PFS, OS
- Demonstrated impact across multiple therapeutic modalities including ADCs, TCEs, mAbs, cytokines, and small molecules
- Excellent written and verbal communication with track record of cross-functional collaboration and senior-level influence in matrixed environments

- Experience integrating AI/ML methods into clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics workflows
- Experience with population PK/PD modeling across multiple therapeutic areas
