High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years hands-on experience maintaining automated equipment in manufacturing, distribution, fulfillment, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments
Troubleshooting experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer-controlled electro-mechanical systems
Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, motors, drives, field devices, and automation systems
Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment
Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as MAXIMO
Strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills
Ability to safely repair, adjust, calibrate, and validate precision automation equipment
Flexibility to support various shifts

Nice to have

Associate degree, technical certification, or advanced training in automation, industrial maintenance, electrical or mechanical technology
Experience in high-volume pharmaceutical, distribution, fulfillment, or production operations
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with Root Cause Analysis, OSHA 1910 standards, robotics, industrial controls, or machine vision systems
Exposure to data-driven maintenance strategies
Ability to travel occasionally to support other facilities
