What they ask for
Required
- Master's degree or PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Outcomes, or related field, or MD
- 8+ years of real world evidence research experience, preferably with wearables
- Expertise in retrospective cohort analyses and claims-based research
- Hands-on experience analyzing wearable and connected-device data as primary data source
- Experience with claims, EHR, and registry data sources and data linkage platforms
- Experience with PRO instrument selection and survey study design
- Strong scientific communication for clinical, commercial, and payer audiences
- Ability to independently drive evidence generation to completion in cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Familiarity with health economics and outcomes research methods including cost and healthcare utilization analyses
- Experience generating outcomes or ROI evidence for care-delivery or value-based care models
