What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, telecommunications, computer science, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years in network operations, telecommunications, or infrastructure operations
- Minimum 2 years leading technical operations teams
- Experience leading teams in 24/7 operational support environment
- Experience managing incident response and operational performance programs
- Experience with complex communications or mission-critical infrastructure
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- US citizenship
Nice to have
- ITIL, PMP, or network certifications
- Experience with satellite communications or wireless networks
- Experience managing NOCs or service operations organizations
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and transport systems
- Experience in highly available environments
- ITIL-based service management processes
