- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of academic or industry experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years, or Ph.D./advanced degree with 2+ years
- Ability to conduct experimental work independently with detailed record-keeping
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to interpret and communicate scientific data clearly
- Problem-solving skills and understanding of scientific principles
Nice to have
- Ph.D. with postdoctoral or 1–3 years of pharma/biotech industry experience, or BA/MA with 5–7 years in drug discovery or translational research
- High proficiency in flow cytometry and preclinical human blood-based biomarker assay development
- Experience with cell-based assays including patient-derived material, organoid/tumoroid cultures, and ex vivo cell manipulation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
