What this role is

Anthropic seeks a partnerships specialist with 10+ years inside the security industry to build and manage strategic integrations across the enterprise security ecosystem—SIEM, EDR, identity, and emerging AI-native security companies. You'll operate as the internal security expert, sourcing partnerships, navigating vendor landscapes, and coordinating technical integrations across research, product, and engineering teams.

What they ask for

Required

  • Minimum 10 years of security industry experience (partnerships, BD, alliances, or product partnerships)
  • Deep ecosystem familiarity across SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, cloud/workload security, GRC, or AI-native security startups
  • Track record closing complex multi-stakeholder partnerships and integration deals in security
  • Technical fluency in security workflows and AI/ML to engage credibly with CISOs and security architects
  • Fluency in regulatory and compliance requirements (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, sectoral regulations)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical research and product teams
  • Entrepreneurial operating style
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to have

  • Experience building or operating an ecosystem program or developer/community function in security
  • Existing network across SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud security, and AI-native security startups
