What this role is

Anthropic seeks a partnerships specialist with 10+ years inside the security industry to build and manage strategic integrations across the enterprise security ecosystem—SIEM, EDR, identity, and emerging AI-native security companies. You'll operate as the internal security expert, sourcing partnerships, navigating vendor landscapes, and coordinating technical integrations across research, product, and engineering teams.

What they ask for

Required

Minimum 10 years of security industry experience (partnerships, BD, alliances, or product partnerships)
Deep ecosystem familiarity across SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, cloud/workload security, GRC, or AI-native security startups
Track record closing complex multi-stakeholder partnerships and integration deals in security
Technical fluency in security workflows and AI/ML to engage credibly with CISOs and security architects
Fluency in regulatory and compliance requirements (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, sectoral regulations)
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical research and product teams
Entrepreneurial operating style
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to have

Experience building or operating an ecosystem program or developer/community function in security
Existing network across SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud security, and AI-native security startups
