- 8+ years of progressive EHS experience in regulated industrial, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment
- Expertise across multiple EHS disciplines including Industrial Hygiene and Process Safety Management
- Ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations
- Strong leadership and people development experience
Nice to have
- Advanced degree and/or professional certifications (CIH, CSP, CHMM, PE)
- Experience with complex manufacturing operations
