What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemical Engineering with 4+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years experience
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), excursion management, and high-volume manufacturing process control
- Understanding of photolithography fundamentals including CD, overlay, defectivity, and process window control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical analysis, DOE, and root-cause methodologies
- Experience applying or employing AI-enabled tools for data analysis, automation, or engineering productivity
Nice to have
- Direct EUV lithography process and scanner fleet management experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Knowledge of DRAM process integration and lithography's impact on yield, cycle time, and cost
- Experience with new tool qualification, ramp to high-volume manufacturing, and technology node transitions
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI-supported analytics for process control or defect reduction
- Track record leading multi-functional projects and influencing partners in fast-paced manufacturing
