What they ask for
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance experience
- Troubleshooting and repair of rooftop units, split systems, and chilled water systems
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, OSHA, and local mechanical codes
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and on ladders or scaffolding
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status for ITAR compliance
Nice to have
- State or journeyman HVAC license
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Building Automation Systems and DDC controls experience
- Familiarity with Bekhoff BAS
- Defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government facility experience
- Prior military technical MOS or equivalent service
