- 1+ years manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly experience
- 1+ years working with hand, power, or pneumatic tools
- 1+ years reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- 1+ years experience with software applications like Microsoft Office
- Ability to work variable shifts (first, second, or third)
- Constant walking; standing 6-8 hours daily; climbing stairs/ladders up to 8 hours daily
- Frequent bending and twisting up to 6 hours daily; squatting and kneeling
- Lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds; pushing/pulling up to 45 pounds
- Working with high-hazard chemicals using protective equipment
- Completing and maintaining Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications if required
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Successful completion of new hire foundational training and required certifications
- U.S. Person status per export control requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain required aerospace manufacturing certifications

- 3+ years related work experience or equivalent education/military experience
