- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operations, supply chain management or related field with 9+ years of experience (or Master's with 7+ years, or Doctorate with 4+ years)
- Demonstrated experience modeling capacity for complex manufacturing processes
- Experience supporting S&OP / IBP or long-range capacity planning
- ERP planning system experience and proficiency with modeling tools and advanced analytics
