What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of progressive engineering analysis experience in aerospace or spacecraft development
- 8+ years of engineering leadership managing managers and large multidisciplinary teams
- Extensive experience with NASA programs and human-rated system verification
- Full lifecycle spacecraft analysis experience from concept through certification
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Ability to obtain U.S. government background clearance
Nice to have
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in engineering with aerospace or advanced analysis focus
- Experience leading analytical organizations in mission-driven environments
- Track record developing and implementing analytical standards and governance frameworks
- Background collaborating with government agencies and high-profile customers on mission-critical systems
