Required

  • Shipped LLM-powered features to real users in production
  • Hands-on experience orchestrating multi-step agents with tool use
  • Deep expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and context management
  • Production-quality engineering with tests, code review, CI/CD, and observability
  • Experience building or working with event-driven and streaming data systems
  • 5+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in production AI/ML
  • Able to work embedded in a product team alongside domain engineers and product managers

Nice to have

  • AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI experience
  • MCP or similar tool-use frameworks
  • Anomaly detection, time-series analysis, or statistical signal processing experience
  • Built confidence scoring or calibration systems for AI outputs
  • Track record of inheriting and improving external partner architectures
  • Proficiency in Kotlin or TypeScript alongside Python
  • Monte Carlo simulation, optimization, or scheduling knowledge
  • Portfolio management, project management, or resource planning background
  • Enterprise SaaS experience with multi-tenancy and compliance
  • Open-source AI/ML contributions
  • Daily use of AI tools in your own work
