What they ask for
Required
- Shipped LLM-powered features to real users in production
- Hands-on experience orchestrating multi-step agents with tool use
- Deep expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and context management
- Production-quality engineering with tests, code review, CI/CD, and observability
- Experience building or working with event-driven and streaming data systems
- 5+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in production AI/ML
- Able to work embedded in a product team alongside domain engineers and product managers
Nice to have
- AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI experience
- MCP or similar tool-use frameworks
