Required
- Master's or Ph.D. in human factors, ergonomics, biomechanics, biomedical engineering, or related field
- 5+ years conducting human factors research on physical hardware or wearables
- Experience interpreting and applying 3D anthropometric data to product design
- Strong command of ergonomic and anthropometric principles applied to hardware
- Mastery of experimental design, usability testing, and comfort assessments
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data including human body data in Python, R, or MATLAB
- Experience collaborating with CAD and digital human modeling tools
- Clear communication of technical findings to diverse stakeholders
- Able to work early hours PST (7–8am) for cross-timezone collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience with computational geometry tools like Rhino, Grasshopper, or Python geometry libraries
- Familiarity with digital human modeling tools
- Experience with CAD, 3D printing, or physical prototyping
- Background in global user research and inclusive design
