Required
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience automating manufacturing equipment and processes
- FANUC robot programming
- Mechanical design and fixture tooling
- Project management from concept through production deployment
- Manufacturing process knowledge
Nice to have
- Systems integrator background
- Experience in low-volume high-mix production
- Robotic simulation tools proficiency
- R&D or proof-of-concept automation experience
- Machine vision or computer vision
- Pneumatics, servo motion, or force/torque sensing experience
- PLC, HMI, industrial networks, or controls troubleshooting knowledge
- ANSI/RIA robotic safety, OSHA, machine guarding familiarity
