Required
- 5+ years configuring and managing Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting configuration knowledge
- Experience leading HRIS projects including implementations and integrations
- Strategic consulting experience with senior HR leadership
