Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on production-grade programming in Go or Rust
- 4+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing applications at scale on Kubernetes and public cloud
- Proven track record designing and operating high-QPS, fault-tolerant distributed systems
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
- Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling
- Strong experience engineering architectures with complex data flows and fine-grained access controls
- Expert-level proficiency in distributed systems and infrastructure automation
- Deep operational experience managing Kubernetes at scale, troubleshooting cluster issues, and developing operators
- Demonstrated experience implementing identity and secrets management solutions like HashiCorp Vault and SPIFFE/SPIRE in production
Nice to have
- Advanced understanding of authentication and authorization at scale in distributed systems
- Experience engineering security tools or telemetry platforms in large-scale AI/ML or high-performance computing environments
- Active contributor to open-source security engineering projects or frameworks
