Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive Life & Annuities insurance operations experience with significant claims administration background
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing claims operations teams including managers and supervisors
- Demonstrated expertise in Life & Annuities claims adjudication and operational controls
- Ability to lead operational transformation and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills with experience using operational metrics to drive performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to have
- Master's degree (MBA or related)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- PMP or other process improvement certifications
- Experience with Life & Annuities claims administration platforms and workflow management systems
- Knowledge of digital claims transformation and AI-assisted claims processing
- Experience leading geographically dispersed or global operations teams
- Experience in Business Process Services, shared services, or outsourced operations environments
