What they ask for
Required
- Five or more years of progressive leadership in fitness
- Multi-unit or multi-studio leadership experience
- Current nationally accredited personal training or group fitness certification
- Current CPR and AED certification
- Knowledge of exercise physiology and biomechanics
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop coaching teams
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Nice to have
- Proven experience as an Orangetheory Head Coach or Regional Fitness Leader
- Orangetheory-specific leadership experience
