Required
- 3+ years building and maintaining Prism Analytics
- 3+ years building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics
- 5+ years HCM reporting, analytics, and data warehousing experience
- 3+ years IT implementation experience
- 3+ years software consulting experience
- Workday certification or ability to certify in Prism Analytics and one of: Workday HCM, Workday Financial, or Workday Reporting
Nice to have
- Advanced degree beyond bachelor's
- Deep understanding of Workday concepts as new features release
- Ability to translate complex concepts into customer presentations
- Experience with multiple simultaneous engagements
