- 7+ years of hands-on IAM experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar IGA platforms
- Proficiency in CyberArk or similar PAM solutions
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management and access governance
- Knowledge of compliance standards (SOX, GxP, GDPR) and ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Ability to develop forward-thinking strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in global virtual teams
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills
