- Bachelor's degree in life science or related field
- 15+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience with GCP, GLP, GCLP, and GVP expertise
- 10+ years leading multifunctional quality organizations in R&D
- Expertise hosting regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA, MHRA)
- Knowledge of FDA, EMA, MHRA, PMDA, ICH regulations and guidelines
- Experience developing and executing global audit programs
- Budget development and resource management experience
- Team building and leadership of geographically dispersed teams
- Cross-functional collaboration skills in matrixed environments
- Strategic thinking and risk-based decision-making capability
