Required
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years progressive facilities management experience in global multi-site operations
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Track record managing multi-site operations and teams across diverse geographies
- Knowledge of building systems, health and safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in multi-site, multi-cultural environment
- International travel capability
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
Nice to have
- Master's degree
- Experience with workplace technology platforms and data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with LEED or other green building certifications
