What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 8+ years progressive experience in Quality Engineering, Global Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations
  • 3+ years direct management or leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485
  • Knowledge of GD&T and advanced metrology tools
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and root-cause analysis methodologies
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%
  • Authorization to work in the USA

Nice to have

  • Master of Science in Manufacturing Leadership, Industrial Engineering, or MBA
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB)
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP)
  • Experience managing quality in complex hardware ecosystems such as robotics, automotive, aerospace, or advanced consumer electronics
