Required
- BS in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience, or MS with 6+ years experience
- Hands-on experience with AI-Driven Development Life Cycle and AI coding agents
- Track record designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications
- Expertise in Context Engineering, RAG, and MCP architectures
- Experience with harness engineering for agent execution and safety
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate
- Experience building end-to-end features with high quality, availability, performance and scale
- Understanding of message queueing, event streaming, and data caching
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably OpenSearch and PostgreSQL
- Legal authorization to work in the US
