- 8+ years in silicon bringup, firmware, or productization engineering
- Deployed multiple production Python services and data pipelines
- Deployed at least one LLM-backed system that SMEs depend on for daily work
- Can interpret silicon characterization outputs and understand their tradeoffs
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience evaluating new AI tools quickly
