Required
- 10+ years hands-on Windows kernel-mode development or deep Windows systems engineering
- Expert-level proficiency with WPA, xperf, ETW/WPP tracing, and ETL file analysis including stack attribution and CPU sampling
- Strong knowledge of Windows kernel APIs for endpoint security including registry filter callbacks, process/thread notifications, and load image callbacks
- Experience navigating complex multi-process interactions and their performance effects
Nice to have
- Background in enterprise performance benchmarking with SQL Server, VDI/AVD multisession, or VPN stack interactions
- Track record of generating and advocating for architectural ideas within multi-team environments
