Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support CPR certification
- NHA Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT/A) or NCCT Patient Care Technician (NCPCT) or AMCA Patient Care Technician Certification (PCT-C) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
- Mature judgment and ability to handle confidential information
- Verbal and written English communication
- Computer literacy and ability to use electronic medical record systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Teamwork and conflict resolution
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer service skills
Nice to have
- 1 or more years of experience
- 2 or more years of lead EKG experience in Emergency Department
- CNA experience
