Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field
- 10+ years defense program or product line management experience
- Experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW systems developments
- Knowledge of EACs, program financials, and earned value concepts
- Direct experience with U.S. Army, NNSA, U.S. Air Force, or other government customers
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex systems
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Nice to have
- Master's or PhD in Hardware or Software Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of wireless technology
- Advanced knowledge of SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-UAS systems
- Advanced knowledge of Digital Signal Processing
- Advanced knowledge of Firmware/Embedded Signal Processing
- Experience with AI/ML applications to EW systems
- Track record delivering large DoD programs over $10M
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition pathways and rapid capability offices
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
