What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- CPA license or equivalent certification (or actively pursuing)
- 10+ years of accounting experience including public accounting
- Expertise in US GAAP
- Hands-on experience with Workiva or similar financial reporting platforms
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Experience supporting SOX compliance and working with external auditors
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
Nice to have
- SEC reporting experience
- Workday Financials experience
- Python or SQL for reporting automation
- Experience designing internal controls over financial reporting
