What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years in GSOC or corporate security operations
- 2-3+ years leading shift-based teams and/or managing contract security vendors
- Experience managing contracted security personnel including vendor selection and SLAs
- Working knowledge of modern GSOC technology including access control, video analytics, incident management, and protective intelligence platforms
- Experience scaling operations to support organizational growth
- Sound judgment and decisiveness under pressure
- Executive-level written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- ASIS certification (CPP, PSP)
- Certified Security Operations Center Analyst (CSOCA)
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- PMP certification
- Background in intelligence analysis, emergency management, business continuity, or risk intelligence
- Experience with global multi-site industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, data center, or critical infrastructure environments
- Experience with time zone distributed operations
- Familiarity with travel-risk and duty-of-care programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
