Required
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
- 10+ years in small molecule drug product process development or manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, and process safety
- Proven experience with new product introduction, tech transfer, PPQ, and commercial scale-up
- Leadership experience driving organizational transformation and capability building
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across science, operations, quality, and regulatory
- Technical expertise in equipment, facility systems, process engineering, and troubleshooting
Nice to have
