  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of software testing experience including test plan and case design
  • 3+ years of hands-on automated testing for web, mobile, APIs, or backend services
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • REST API testing and service-oriented architecture experience
  • Contract testing framework experience (Pact or similar)
  • gRPC and Protocol Buffers familiarity
  • Selenium or Appium experience
  • API testing tools experience (Postman, REST Assured, GraphQL, gRPC)
  • Git, Jenkins, and Docker familiarity
  • Software development lifecycle and CI/CD understanding
  • Analytical and debugging skills
  • Work effectively in agile environments with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills

Nice to have

  • Test or development experience on non-PC devices (phone, game console, set-top box)
  • React Native experience
  • Event-driven architectures and messaging systems experience
  • Test containers, mocking frameworks, and service virtualization
  • Microservices and distributed system testing knowledge
  • Performance, load, and scalability testing experience
