Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent military or work experience
- 7+ years professional services experience
- 4+ years technology or SOC leadership managing direct reports
- 4+ years security operations, detection engineering, or incident response experience
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, or AI-driven detection platforms
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
- Ability to obtain required security clearances
