Required
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent education/experience/training)
- 6+ years of relevant product design work experience
- Experience designing women's bags across lifestyle and performance categories
- Ability to develop 3–5 core items from a design concept within a collection
- Sensitivity to materials, textiles, and hand feel
- Strong sketching and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Focus on functionality and usability for everyday and active lifestyles
- Portfolio demonstrating women's bag design with functional yet stylish solutions
- Collaborative approach and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and processes
- Creative design portfolio submission required to be considered
