- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential upon hire via PTCB or NHA
- Active pharmacy technician registration with Ohio Board of Pharmacy upon hire (CPhT, RPT, or Trainee status)
- Ability to perform algebraic calculations for compound preparation
- Basic computer skills
