What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential upon hire via PTCB or NHA
- Active pharmacy technician registration with Ohio Board of Pharmacy upon hire (CPhT, RPT, or Trainee status)
- Ability to perform algebraic calculations for compound preparation
- Basic computer skills
Nice to have
- Six months of hospital pharmacy experience
- Completion of Cleveland Clinic School of Pharmacy Technology within 18 months of hire
