- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant
- Oil and Gas industry accounting knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of Oil and Gas industry experience
- Technical accounting research and documentation
- Monthly close and internal financial reporting experience
- SEC reporting and publicly filed financial statement drafting/review
- Supervising and developing accounting professionals
- Acceptable background check and drug test
Nice to have
- Large public accounting firm experience
- International operations and foreign subsidiary experience
- Local statutory audit requirements knowledge
- Enterprise ERP systems and reporting tools experience (preferably SAP)
- Capital markets transaction experience
