What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years as mechanic or machinist in process manufacturing
- Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Machine shop equipment operation and welding techniques
- Preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment modifications
- Pipe threading and installation
- Computer proficiency for digital maintenance tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry 80 pounds
- Commitment to safety, PPE use, and LOTO procedures
- Must be 21+ and pass required screenings and tests
Nice to have
- Expertise in multiple welding types (Shielded metal, Arc, Oxyacetylene, Heliarc, Mig)
- Experience with packaging line and material handling equipment repairs
- Proficiency operating forklifts, man lifts, and similar machinery
- Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders to precise specifications
- Knowledge of steam systems, pumps, motors, valves, and hydraulic systems
