- Graduate of accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from National Board for Respiratory Care
- Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year critical care experience
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
