What they ask for

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and procedures
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and overtime
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods, walk several miles per shift, lift 25–40 lbs occasionally, and work in confined spaces

Nice to have

  • AAS or AS degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent trade school or military experience)
  • 2+ years maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or technical military experience
  • 2+ years identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements
  • Experience with or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows
