- 9+ years of related work experience
- Stress analysis experience on composite structures and bonded assemblies
- 7+ years with finite element modeling tools (Hypermesh, MSC Nastran/PATRAN, ABAQUS, Stress Check)
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft structure and composite materials
- Team mentoring experience
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- 5-10% domestic travel capability

- Military aircraft sustainment and modification experience
