  • 9+ years of related work experience
  • Stress analysis experience on composite structures and bonded assemblies
  • 7+ years with finite element modeling tools (Hypermesh, MSC Nastran/PATRAN, ABAQUS, Stress Check)
  • Advanced knowledge of aircraft structure and composite materials
  • Team mentoring experience
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
  • 5-10% domestic travel capability

Nice to have

  • 12+ years in composites design and analysis
  • Military aircraft sustainment and modification experience
  • Strong technical writing and analytical skills
