Required
- Bachelor's in electrical or computer engineering with 12+ years semiconductor experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or Ph.D. with 8+ years
- 5+ years supporting circuit simulation tools and working with vendors
- 5+ years collaborating with EDA vendors on advanced nodes
- 3+ years hands-on experience with BSIM or compact models for advanced transistors like FinFET or GAA
- 5+ years understanding compact modeling, simulation methodologies, aging modeling, and modeling interfaces
