What they ask for
Required
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related field with 9+ years biotech/pharma experience, or M.S. with 12+ years directly relevant experience
- Hands-on experience developing and validating clinical qPCR, dPCR, and NGS assays
- End-to-end assay workflow management from method development through validation and sample testing
- Knowledge of GCLP/GLP guidelines and phase-appropriate validation requirements for clinical biomarkers
- Experience with library prep methods including amplicon, hybrid capture, and RNA extraction workflows
- Track record building and validating bioinformatics pipelines
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of GxP/MHRA/ICH expectations and inspection readiness
- Experience integrating genomics data with LIMS/ELN systems and clinical data governance
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools for scientific discovery
