Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Life Sciences, or related technical field, plus 10+ years of automation design and implementation experience (or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years)
- Expertise in GMP laboratory automation and digital systems integration
- Strategic leadership ability in complex matrix organizations
Nice to have
- Quality Control or analytical operations background
- Experience implementing robotics, integrated laboratory work-cells, or automated sample preparation in GMP environments
- Enterprise-level automation strategy and roadmap development
- Leadership of complex cross-functional programs involving Quality, Digital, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate investment value to senior leadership
- Portfolio and project management across multiple strategic initiatives
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
