Required

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years leading complex multi-site technical programs in semiconductor, SoC, or system/platform development
  • Experience influencing decisions and leading multi-functional teams in fast-paced technical environments
  • Background in silicon or system bringup
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with first-silicon bringup or post-silicon validation
  • Experience driving NPI to HVM transitions including readiness criteria and sign-off processes
  • Familiarity with lab operations, validation infrastructure, and hardware bringup tools
